one bedroom cabin has a charming little entry hall, leading to the
kitchen and wood-paneled living room. In addition to the four-burner
electric range with oven, this full but compact kitchen also has a microwave oven,
toaster, and hot water maker. A coffee maker can be provided if
desired. The bedroom, with a full bed, is quite small but exceedingly
cozy, also sporting a generous chest of drawers and a small armoire, as
well as a closet. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath. The front of
the cabin has a covered deck with patio table and chairs; behind the
cabin is an outdoor storage cabinet. Shopping, grocery store, restaurants/eateries, and library are nearby.
Two person maximum occupancy.
Transportation:
The no. 65 bus is steps away and goes to Chhildren's Hospital and the
UW campus. An easy walk of several blocks will take you to the no. 522 bus
stop, wiith express service to downtown Seattle. A 10-15 minute drive takes you to UW Medical
Center Northwest.
Rates:
The cabin is offered fully furnished. $1495/month for one person, +$100/month for one additonal
person, nine months minimum. Water/sewer/garbage/WiFi included in
rent; tenant pays electricity. $1495 security deposit. Cleaning fee:
actual cost for cleaning cabin upon move-out deducted from security
deposit.
